Join our team as an Accounts Payable Administrator, overseeing the full accounts payable cycle for a number of clients across many exciting industries.

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Coding supplier bills to the proper expense accounts
- Tagging supplier bills to projects and divisions based on client specifications
- Preparing vendor payments for client approval
- Reconciling vendor statements to accounts payable subledgers
- Communicating with vendors to resolve bill discrepancies
- Gathering payment details for vendors
- Maintaining vendor lists
- Matching bills to purchase orders and payments
- Other duties as required by business demands
- 2+ years experience as an accounts payable clerk or administrator
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Dext is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn and implement new skills into day-to-day job functions
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional skills with excel and other office products
- Deadline oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and consistent

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- vendor management: 1 year (preferred)
