**Location: Edmonton, AB**

**Location: Resource will work remotely, though must be available for onsite meetings when required.**
**Standard Hours of work are 08:15 - 16:30 Alberta time**
**Work must be done from within Alberta, due to network and data security issues.**
**GoA does not pay for travel to attend on-site meetings**

**Description**:

- Support of diverse Microsoft SharePoint environments, including 2010 and 2016, to help business areas achieve their objectives
- Perform business analysis and design to support creating SharePoint solutions.
- Acting as a Site Collection Administrator across various environments
- Participate in iterative development using established processes.
- Perform project management, business and complex design in delivering solutions using out-of-box SharePoint components and 3rd party tools (e.g. Nintex) as appropriate to meet business needs
- Provide expertise for the design of new processes for support of Microsoft SharePoint and related systems.
- Guiding business users on the effective use of SharePoint for Enterprise Content Management
- Validation of data used to support migration efforts
- Enhancements/adjustments to the user interface through available SharePoint tools and methods
- Submit regular reports on status and time reporting as prescribed by the Ministry.

The migration of SharePoint 2010 sites to SharePoint 2016
- Satisfaction/completion of business area requests for assistance/service
- Resolution of day-to-day problems arising through operational support of SharePoint
- Development and implementation of solutions both individually and as a member of SharePoint operations team
- Effective counselling and support to client business areas/users
- Routine reports that correlate hours worked with operational duties
