We are seeking a detail-oriented SharePoint Analyst to support enterprise content transfer and migration initiatives. This role focuses on moving and managing unstructured content across SharePoint environments, enterprise content management (ECM) systems, and shared drives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while managing concurrent workstreams.

Tasks

Perform secure content transfers and migrations between SharePoint (on-premises and online), ECM platforms, and shared drives.

Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple content transfer activities simultaneously while meeting defined timelines.

Work closely with delivery teams, technical staff, and business partners to gather requirements and confirm transfer processes.

Ensure content transfers comply with organizational policies, business rules, and data governance standards.

Create and maintain scripts, workflows, logs, and supporting documentation for content transfer activities.

Support migration activities including content mapping, transformation, loading, validation, and testing.

Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials related to content transfer services.

Guide stakeholders on technical aspects of SharePoint, ECM tools, and shared drive structures.

Verify file integrity and security throughout the transfer process.

Contribute to backlog planning, effort estimation, and predictable delivery of assigned work.

Requirements

Strong experience with Windows operating systems, including command-line operations, file permissions, and batch scripting.

Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online.

Solid understanding of SharePoint lists, document sets, content types, metadata, and security structures.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Understanding of IT change management and communication processes.
