Our Client is seeking an Intermediate SharePoint Analyst to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SharePoint environments. You will collaborate closely with end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of SharePoint sites and applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This resource will have working knowledge and experience of IT infrastructure environments including general concepts of workstation/server hardware, software build and push strategies, and a general understanding of line‑of‑business applications and architectures. The resource must have a sound understanding of IT Change and Communication Management and User Acceptance Testing frameworks.
While this role is remote, must work during standard MST working hours within Canada, due to network and data security issues. Must be Canadian citizen to apply.
- Experience as a Site Collection Administrator. (2+ years)
- Experience preparing and documenting materials for user acceptance testing. (2+ years)
- Experience troubleshooting forms and workflows (all types). (2+ years)
- Experience using and supporting ShareGate. (2+ years)
- Experience with complex SharePoint projects including solutions depending on: managed metadata, workflows, forms, and user interface customization. (2+ years)
- Experience with the development, integration, and support of Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online. (2+ years)
