Lacombe County, Canada Dairy Lane Systems Full time

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday working as part of a self-motivated, energetic team. Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment at our facility. Job Duties:

- Respond to requests with short timelines and turnaround time from Service Technicians
- Pull and label parts according to the pick lists
- Monitor inventory levels with SAP Business One
- Maintain parts organization and manage inventory requirements - stock shelves
- Ensure POs are issued in accordance with Dairy Lane policies - modify, cancel, close, receive PO’s
- Track open orders, supplier confirmations and delivery dates to ensure communication of order and delivery status
- Load/unload trucks and trailers
- Forklift operation
- Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with our team and customers
- Provide quality workmanship consistent with company and industry standards
- Follow Health and Safety requirements in all regards ensuring prevention of illness/injury

Skills & Qualifications:

- Highly organized to plan your day and prioritize your workload meeting all deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction
- High level of attention to detail
- Must be able to work unsupervised and take full ownership of the job
- Strong communication skills to clearly communicate with other team members as required
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Extremely flexible and able to highly adapt to frequent change
- Strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a high-performing team
- MS office knowledge/experience
- Knowledge of SAP an asset
- Forklift experience required
- Must be legally entitled to work and live in Canada
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract - must have your own vehicle we are not on a bus route
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your workday will rarely be the same but will always be exciting

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
