Payroll Administrator

St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Separate School Division is seeking applicants for a full-time Payroll Administrator based at the division office in Leduc, Alberta commencing as soon as possible or a mutually agreed upon date.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, duties include:
- Prepares, process, reconciles and distributes all employee group payrolls
- Prepares payroll related reports and forms as required
- Tracks vacation entitlements
- Process and reports on Teacher and Support Pension Plans
- Prepares and distributes annual payroll reporting including balancing and preparing T4s
- Prepares Records of Employments
- Prepares necessary payroll accruals and monthly remittances
- Compiles annual WCB reporting
- other duties as required.
Qualifications include:
- Payroll Practitioner designation is preferred
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a Payroll Administrator Role
