Penn-co Construction is a leading construction company that is looking for a Flight Service Coordinator to join our team working in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Flight Service Coordinator will organize freight and cargo in the hanger. They will be responsible for transporting employees to and from the airport safely, on time and assist passengers in loading and unloading their baggage.

**Job Duties**
- Organizing freight, cargo, and baggage at the airport for employees and Northern job sites.
- Assist truck drivers, couriers and pilots with loading and unloading the plane.
- Conducting passenger attendance checklist prior to flights.
- Arranging material and supply pick ups and drop offs as required.
- Report any major problems, accidents, or damage to the vehicle to the technician and Manager.
- Must be organized and pay attention to details when labelling freight and ensuring that it is en route to correct location.
- All other duties as required and assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Hold a class 3 or 4 Drivers License, previous driving experience a requirement.
- Physically able to lift, carry and move heavy packages and materials.
- Will need to provide a full background check and criminal record check for security clearance.
- Responsible person, capable of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and schedules.
- Friendly and helpful attitude with employees and flight staff.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.

**Working Conditions**
- Ability to work flexible hours, some early mornings starting at 6:00 am and afternoons from 1:00 pm till 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, approximately 30 hours a week. As needed on Fridays.
- Working in outdoor conditions through out the year.
- Able to work alone in a hanger with mínimal supervision.
