**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Training Programs Manager, the Flight Training Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and onboarding Flight Crew for training programs. This role ensures efficient training schedules, supports initial training setup, and manages LMS accounts, coordinating with team members to meet operational and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Coordinates and maintains Flight Operations training schedules, minimizing disruptions
- Manages onboarding processes for new pilots, assisting with training schedules and LMS setup
- Tracks training progress, coordinating follow-up to ensure timely completion
- Organizes resources for training events, such as scheduling simulators, aircraft, and airspace
- Facilitates communication across departments to ensure that all required training materials are prepared

**Minimum Education, Experience and Certifications**
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with company Operations and Training Manuals and LMS
- Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset
- Able to obtain and maintain applicable transportation security clearances and authorizations

**Working Conditions**
- Physically able to perform all listed job duties
- Primarily office-based work with occasional travel as required
- Manual dexterity for desktop computer and telephone use
