Office Administrator

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Manage phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Schedule patient appointments
- Manage patient billings and insurance
- Clean and turnover clinical rooms and handle equipment sterilization
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Communicate effectively with team members and external parties
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping tasks
- Utilize DOMX dental software for financial transactions and reporting
- Uphold outstanding phone etiquette standards when interacting with clients and colleagues
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of basic clerical duties and office management procedures
