**This is a temporary maternity leave replacement opportunity.**

**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To provide administrative support to the crew support and training functions:

- Facilitate and process pilot and cabin crew onboarding and offboarding by coordinating with various departments including HR, Flight Operations, Client Solutions and IT
- Coordinate issuance of company materials such as Crew ID, Uniforms, Business Cards etc.
- Maintain cabin crew training records
- Manage contract pilot process including: reviewing pilot documentation, enrolling in computer based training courses, coordinating flight support, ensuring profiles and records are up to date, reviewing and approving invoices.
- Maintain pilot records to ensure validity of items such as Passports, Crew ID, RAICs etc.
- Coordinate Annual CRM course delivery
- Completing other administrative duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative or support role, ideally in an aviation management or related business;
- Superior customer service, communication and relationship building skills;
- Highly organized and very detail oriented;
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task;
- Strong team player.
- Competence and confidence with the use of a variety of computer/IT programs/platforms;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and Sharepoint);
- Proficiency in, or a working knowledge of FOS is an asset;
- Bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken) is highly desired;
