Kitchen Crew Member

**JOB SUMMARY**

This role involves packing and serving meals for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner to guests. The crew member will maintain sanitation standards, while working along staff during peak meal periods.

**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 - 3 years prior experience in customer service preferred but not required

**Desired Qualifications and Skills**
- Effective communication skills
- Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Available to work during the day, evenings or weekends as required

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Packages breakfast, lunch and/or dinner meals for guests
- Coordinates with the security team to confirm the number of guests, and ensures the meal count is accurate
- Cleans and sanitizes all surfaces, dishes etc. at the end of the shift
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs., standing, or walking for extended periods of time
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs
- Attends regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
