**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Inbound Lead Management**
- Qualify and evaluate leads, understanding their technical requirements and aligning them with Konverge’s service offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system and develop tailored engagement strategies to move leads through the sales funnel.

**RFP Management and Proposal Development**
- Identify, research, and respond to RFP opportunities aligned with Konverge’s technical expertise and business goals.
- Manage the full RFP lifecycle, including coordinating with technical teams to gather requirements, drafting comprehensive proposals, and ensuring timely submission.
- Highlight Konverge’s technical capabilities, past successes, and innovative solutions in proposals to stand out from competitors.

**Technical Collaboration**
- Partner with the development team to fully understand Konverge’s technical solutions, processes, and competitive advantages.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the technical team during the proposal and negotiation phases.

**Sales and Closing Deals**
- Present proposals and technical solutions to clients, addressing questions and customizing offerings to meet their needs.
- Assist in contract negotiations and secure agreements that align with client expectations and Konverge’s capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.

**Client and Market Insights**
- Stay informed about trends in software development, including emerging technologies, industry standards, and client demands.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to refine offerings and identify new growth opportunities.

**Process Optimization and Tools Management**
- Utilize CRM tool (Nutshell)
- Set up RFP processes to streamline workflows and track progress.
- Develop templates, knowledge libraries, and best practices for RFPs and proposals to improve efficiency.

**Qualifications**

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, business administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in business development, RFP management, or sales, focusing on software development or technical services.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, SaaS models, or technical project delivery.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting technical and persuasive proposals.
- Proven track record in managing RFPs, inbound leads, and closing technical deals.
- Excellent written and spoken English

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
