**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Compensation**: Salary plus Commission

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, calling potential clients, scheduling meetings, and supporting the Sales Manager throughout the sales process. You will earn commission on all closed deals in addition to your base salary, giving you the opportunity to significantly boost your earnings. You will also handle various administrative tasks to ensure the sales process runs smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new sales leads through research, cold calling, and outreach
- Contact potential clients to introduce products/services and schedule meetings for the Sales Manager
- Maintain and follow up on prospect lists
- Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations
- Organize and schedule client meetings
- Track leads and ensure smooth communication with clients
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, maintaining client records, attending meetings, and more
- Assist with other sales-related duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet targets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A valid driver’s license and access to a car are required (commuting to and from Kleinburg is not feasible without a car)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with sales tools is a plus)
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
