**About Lincoln Electric**

**Major Responsibilities**:

- To report directly to the Maintenance Planner on an ongoing basis and communicate all relevant matters pertaining to the business unit
- Support to maintain the Preventive Maintenance Program in all Canadian Manufacturing Facilities.
- Provide job ticket spreadsheet Excel file for each year.
- Check and confirm all information in job ticket spreadsheet daily. Compare with production daily report and make sure all information are correct before upload it in SAP system.
- Provide and issue PM schedule in all Canadian Manufacturing Facilities
- Prepare and Issue different types of reports including Monthly Reports to all Department Managers, monthly Planned/ Unplanned Maintenance hours report for Toronto and Indalco, weekly report, outstanding planned/unplanned weekly report, TPM and Autonomous report, requested report by different department specially engineering.
- Provide maintenance purchase Requisitions for Maintenance Department in all Canadian facilities.
- Create and issue required general work orders as monthly individually for all Canadian facilities.
- Support for up-keep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history and job records database (SAP)
- Support in training Engineering, production, maintenance and other staff as necessary in SAP.
- Support the scheduling of Monthly, Quarterly and Annually with outside Maintenance contractors
- To actively participate in company, staff or individual one-on-one meetings on an ongoing basis for the purposes of effective teamwork, enhanced communication and progressive co-operation strategies within the department as well as other departments across the company.
- To continually contribute to the profitability of the company and ongoing business operations by initiating, recommending and implementing continuous improvement strategies and initiatives.
- To fully abide and actively support Lincoln Electric’s Environmental Health & Safety policies, practices and procedures with respect to protecting the environment, the conservation of nature resources and the Health & Safety of all employees.
- To conduct any general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned or required by the Maintenance Planner or designate in a timely and professional manner.

**Position Requirements & Factors**

**Minimum Education Requirement**:

- Enrolled in 2nd year Community College Maintenance/ Reliability program or enrolled in 1st year Mechanical Engineering program

**Machines, Tools & Equipment**:
Knowledge of SAP and MRO is an asset

Strong Organizational Skills

Mechanical Aptitude

Computer Skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and CAD

First Aid, CPR and WHMIS training an asset

Willing ness to Learn and succeed

Strong desire to serve customers and other production team members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
