Reports to: Operations Leader

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the computerized maintenance management system by ensuring all assets and equipment parts are entered with anappropriate level of service requirements.
- Work closely with planners in operations to coordinate preventative maintenance work to minimize impact and downtime in operations.
- Manage the work order process and maintain work order backlogs.
- Identify critical spare parts, order parts, and ensure MRO stores inventory is maintained accurately within required min/max levels through controlled issuing to the maintenance team.
- Develop and improve PM tasks and frequencies for all equipment and processes.
- Analyze equipment maintenance history for the purpose of identifying and communicating design and operational issues requiring improvement.
- Review work requests and completed work orders for clarity and accuracy.
- Compliance at all times with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.
- Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.
- Other duties as assigned.

Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects in a cross-functional environment while delivering significant results
- An ambitious self-starter with strong desire to grow professionally
