Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and provide clear, detailed service recommendations.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently schedule service appointments, coordinate with service technicians, and keep customers informed of their vehicle's status.
- Customer Education: Explain recommended services, maintenance schedules, and the benefits of routine vehicle care with professionalism and expertise.
- Upselling and Promotions: Inform customers about available promotions, service packages, and additional services, maximizing customer value through relevant upselling.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is essential.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer service experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive services and maintenance practices.
- Background Check: Successful applicants must undergo a background check.
- Driver's Abstract: A clean driver's abstract must be provided as part of the hiring process.
