**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner and make follow-up calls to customers as necessary
- Complete necessary paperwork such as order entry, invoicing, Inventory and credit checks in an accurate and timely manner
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Investigate and resolve customer issues; and returns in a timely fashion that exceeds the customers’ expectations and benefits
- Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the organization’s product and services.
- Manage Social Media
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
