**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our massage team in Edmonton. In this role, you will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring smooth operations at our clinic. Your contributions will help us fulfill our mission of enhancing client well-being through exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the clinic.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk operations.
- Handle medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Process patient intake forms and verify insurance information.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation review and filing.
- Collaborate with massage therapists to optimize client care plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role within a medical office is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations.
- Proficient in EHR systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
- **Experience with insurance verification processes is a plus.**

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
