As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated **Field Operations Manager** to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless execution of our projects.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities on various project sites, ensuring that work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Manage field teams, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and material logistics to ensure timely project completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact between field teams and project management, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any challenges that arise.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct on-site safety meetings, and ensure that all workers adhere to safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry, preferably in field or site management.
- **Certifications**: First Aid, WHMIS, and other safety-related certifications are an asset.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- **Software**: Proficiency in project management software is an asset.
