**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a painter / general contractor or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Proficient in using construction management software
