**Office Administrator/Receptionist**

**Job Description**:
The position includes the following duties:

- Greet people coming into the office and direct switchboard calls
- Data entry and customer/vendor database maintenance
- Arrange/track and manage all weekly freight requirements
- Receive and post A/R deposits
- Assist with A/P and A/R duties as required
- Other accounting related tasks and ad hoc reporting as required
- Scanning and filing project folders into digital storage
- Attend and take minutes for safety committee meetings
- Social event planning

Skills and requirements
- Proficient in Office 365/Windows
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle competing priorities
- Basic accounting skills preferred
- ERP experience preferred
- Proven ability to communicate effectively
- Capable of working independently and within a team
- Experience with multi line phone system

**Job Type**: Full time

**Salary**: $21.00 - 24.00 per hour plus benefits

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8 hours - Day shifts
