**What will you do?**

As part of the customer service team, the Spare Part Administrator is responsible for developing service quotations including drives and motors spare parts, repairs / upgrades, and services quote. The quotation specialist will also handle a variety of tasks from time to time, such as reporting and forecasting, quality management, contract review, and customer consultation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Possess the ability to work well with customers, sales representatives, account managers, service technicians and our vendors to convey the expectations into the quotes
- Provide quotations on Medium Voltage (MV) drive and MV Motor spare parts via SAP. Requests can come from customers, from internal Siemens field service engineer/tech trip reports, or
- Provide support for the service team in terms of quality management, warranty claims, documentation control, and routing of technical inquiries
- Guides customers to acquisition/purchase of spare parts for MV VFD Systems
- Review customer Purchase Orders, process and create sales orders in SAP
- Create purchase orders in SAP to vendors (internal and external) for both stock and to fill customer orders
- Provide delivery notes and shipping instructions for orders that come into warehouse
- Ensure billing is done correctly and on time using SAP - upload to customer portals, etc.
- Review drive Bill of Materials (BOM’s) through internal Processes (Team Center, Other, etc.)
- Spare Part matrixes for customers
- Review open quote log with team members/Management
- Submit parts creation requests
- Submit parts pricing updates, and material # updates whenever factory changes pricing (multiple occurrences on annual basis)
- Monthly GR/IR updates
- Updating Quarterly Customer(s) delivery Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report
- Annual Inventory counts in Warehouse

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma or related experience
- 2-3 years of experience customer service
- Experience with and working knowledge of Medium Voltage industrial Variable Frequency Drive & associated Electrical systems is preferred - Siemens Drives experience is an asset
- Good verbal and written communication skills, and understanding and influencing people are important requirements in the job
- Ability to read and understand technical documents, schematic design specification and update drawings for referencing part numbers would be a strong asset
- Receptive to feedback, willing to learn and embrace continuous improvement
- Willingness to build strong working relationships both internal & external (customers) and contribute to a positive work environment
- Must be respectful, approachable and team oriented
