**Our expectations**:
The Master Data Management Agent is rigorous and detail-oriented, ensures the accuracy and updating of the appropriate system data and informs stakeholders. He/she processes requests for several services within a reasonable or prescribed time frame and with diligence and attention to detail. This position requires initiative, rigor and good organization to ensure the effective management of processed documents and requests

**Your role**:

- Support and train merchandisers in the inventory buyback process under the Lowe's banner
- Integrate and modify supplier return policies to make them available to stores
- Support and document the special-order process under the Lowe's banner
- Create and analyze different types of reports in various databases
- Be available and assist stores in solving various problems, quickly

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- Diploma of college studies in administrative techniques or finance;
- Ability to learn new computer systems;
- Know the Microsoft suite;
- Have excellent analytical skills and the ability to make connections
- Have good problem-solving skills
- Have initiative
- Attention to detail
- Know how to manage an accelerated pace of work
- Has a sense of priorities.
