**Our expectations**:
Reporting to the Master Data Management Coordinator, the Clerk, Data Integrity is responsible for the input, maintenance, and quality of product data sheets.

**Your role**:

- Input and maintain all product sheet-related information pertaining to:

- procurement and transportation (e.g., dimensions, packaging, data sheet)
- product lifecycle as well as store and distribution centre assortments (e.g., state, supply source)
- cost and retail prices
- Enter selected products for promotional events and ensure their availability for their entire network
- Control and input modification requests from suppliers, merchandisers, physical operations at the distribution centres, and/or stores
- As needed, contact suppliers to validate and/or verify the information provided
- Analyze requests and ensure the accuracy of information input for the business unit using available control reports
- Actively participate in developing the quality standards and control tools needed to perform the duties of the position
- Perform any other related tasks

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- College degree
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced level for Excel)
- Knowledge of AS/400 and/or MS Access (an asset)
- Team player attitude, methodical approach, analytical and organizational skills, efficiency, and autonomy
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Sense of responsibility and service
- Ability and desire to learn and make logical connections
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
