**Our expectations**:
Reporting to the Manager, Master Data Management Merchandising Support, the Booking Coordination Agent will be responsible for managing the bookings offered to corporate and affiliate stores in the Lowe’s Canada network.

The Merchandising Support team works in constant collaboration with the Central Merchandising, Field Merchandising, Merchandising (corporate and affiliated stores), Store Setup, and Procurement teams. The team is responsible for a variety of activities, thus bringing a natural dynamism to the team.

**Your role**:

- Coordinate the activities surrounding the creation and maintenance of corporate and affiliated store bookings, in collaboration with partner teams, as well as the various teams in the Master Data Management department of which the incumbent is a member
- Ensure that the creation and maintenance process is followed by all partners
- Ensure that each person involved in completing bookings respects deadlines
- Exercise quality control over the booking information provided by partners
- Enter information into the system and ensure its accuracy
- Support Field Teams: merchandisers and stores
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and communicate any issues or problems related to bookings
- Identify improvement opportunities for the booking process and work towards implementing them
- Keep process and procedure documents up to date
- Provide training to partner teams
- Occasionally work outside normal business hours in order to finish certain projects or initiatives
- Participate in other tasks for the Master Data Management - Support team, if required

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- Post-secondary degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a similar position
- Ability to organize workload and set priorities to meet deadlines
- Thoroughness, initiative, and autonomy
- Dynamic attitude and ability to adapt (changing assignments and priorities)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (advanced Excel features such as pivot tables and search functions)
- Knowledge of the retail industry and, more specifically, home improvement products (an asset)
