**Our expectations**:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Master Data Management (MDM), the Commercial Agreements Agent updates and ensures the accuracy of data included in supplier information sheets and commercial agreements in the correct systems and informs stakeholders. The incumbent will process requests from several departments within a reasonable timeframe. Attendance, analytic skills, and attention to detail are essential qualities for this support role. The role also requires initiative and organizational skills to ensure that documents and requests are efficiently managed.

**Your role**:

- Generate new agreements and annual renewals using various management systems and trackers.
- Enter, validate, and update data related to commercial agreements with RONA Inc.’s suppliers, including procurement and transportation conditions and supplier contact information, with an understanding of the mechanics of a commercial agreement.
- Assist the Merchandising department with managing, monitoring, and validating commercial agreements and supplier accounts.
- Ensure the accuracy of information in agreements before they are activated in the system
- Some reporting for specific categories of suppliers (Trade, Online Exclusive, etc.)
- Always comply with the policies established by RONA Inc.
