We’re currently seeking a **Tasting Room Manager** to lead our **Front-of-House (FOH)** team across both businesses. This is a high-impact, guest-facing leadership role with strong growth potential.

**About the Role**
This is a **permanent part-time position** ideal for an experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professional. You’ll be responsible for FOH operations, staff management, cost controls, programming, and contributing to our overall success. Shifts include evenings and weekends.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and support FOH staff to deliver consistently great service
- Maintain an inclusive, fun, and professional work culture
- Hire, train, and schedule team members to match peak business hours
- Monitor and manage FOH inventory, ordering, and loss tracking
- Implement cost control strategies and drive profitability
- Track and report weekly sales and performance metrics
- Build programming and promotions to engage guests and drive revenue
- Collaborate with the brewing and kitchen teams on product development
- Maintain licenses, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements
- Enhance the guest experience through space upkeep and design
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic improvements

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of hospitality or restaurant experience
- A leader who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Strong skills in inventory, cost control, and scheduling
- Passion for craft beer, great food, and guest service
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
