You strive to ensure that our core values are driving positive guest and staff experiences, while helping to run the tasting room’s day to day operations. You are a natural leader, have excellent relationship skills which will assist you to coach the tasting room team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage operations with integrity and deliver a high quality customer service experience to the guest
- Manage all systems relating to the operations of the tap room including inventory, scheduling, payroll, POS systems, and R&M
- Continuously improve the skills, knowledge and morale of front of house staff
- Ensure all employees are trained, motivated and empowered
- Ensure consistent communication with employees including formal 1/1’s scheduled
- Hands-on management style, lead by example through motivation and follow-up while being functional in the tap room
- Lead regular the culture of selling/upselling
- Maintain strong image and brand awareness

Full time hourly role dependent on experience plus extended medical/dental benefits. Minimum 2 years management or relevant experience required. Must have high proficiency in multi-tasking, organization and communication skills.
