We are excited to partner with **KNDS Canada **on their search for a **Field Service Representative (Technician) **.

KNDS Canada is seeking Field Service Representative (Technicians) (Edmonton, Alberta) to conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on armored vehicles, tools, and systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and maintaining records while providing consultation on inspections and maintenance procedures. This role requires flexibility to work both in workshop and field environments, with potential travel outside of Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on armored vehicles, tools, and systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues based on technical documentation.
- Keep detailed logs and maintenance records.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering parts.
- Provide consultation to users on maintenance procedures and inspections.
- Participate in ongoing training and pass on knowledge through on-the-job training.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in vehicle maintenance, preferably with armored systems.
- Knowledge of the following technical skills is desirable: Hydraulics, Electronics, Mechanical, and Chassis.
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside the primary location and regular schedule when necessary.
- Background check required.
