Canon Medical Systems Canada (CMSCA) is a leading worldwide provider of high-quality diagnostic imaging systems and comprehensive medical solutions and is looking for highly capable **Field Service Representative** to be located in the **Hull / Gatineau regions** covering the area around **Ottawa/Hull**, **Mt-Laurier**, **Abitibi** and **Cornwall**, as well as other locations as needed.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Install Canon Medical Systems Canada Limited (CMSCA) equipment according to our standards while adhering to tight deadlines and ensure full functionality based on specifications;
- Perform maintenance and upgrades to CMSCA equipment;
- Always adhere to quality standards;
- Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports;
- Adhere at all times to all CMSCA policies, including environmental, health and safety, and confidentiality policies in their entirety.

**Position Requirements**
- 2 to 5 years of related medical service experience in Angiography, CT, X-Ray, MRI, Healthcare Informatics;
- Excellent installation and equipment servicing skills;
- Team oriented;
- Diploma in Electronics or biomedical engineering technology;
- Must have excellent communication skills;
- Must be fluently bilingual (English/French) with facility to write in both languages;
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills;
- Must be able to travel;
- Must have a valid driver’s license;
- Ability to be on call;
- Ability to work overtime.
