Position Overview

The Ottawa Branch of Toshiba Tec Business Solutions Canada is recruiting a reliable and customer‑focused Photocopier Field Service Technician to support our clients throughout the National Capital Region. This position provides both onsite and remote technical service for Toshiba multifunction photocopiers (MFPs) and various printer models.

Previous copier experience is appreciated but not required. We offer full manufacturer training and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite service, repairs, and preventive maintenance for Toshiba MFPs and various printers.
  • Deliver remote troubleshooting and support for print quality, error codes, and connectivity issues.
  • Install equipment, configure print/scan workflows, and ensure proper network integration.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold Toshiba service standards through our ERP system.
  • Represent the Ottawa Branch with professionalism when interacting with customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and diagnostics.
  • Basic knowledge of computers or networks.
  • Strong communication skills and customer‑service mindset.
  • Valid driver's license (local travel within the Ottawa region required).
  • Bilingual English/French is a significant asset.
