Experienced MOA preferred for a multilingual family practice clinic in Vancouver.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Start Date: ASAP.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English and nice to have a second language.
- Must provide friendly customer service and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Must have good organizational skills and be able to multi task

- Must have experience in EMR software (Oscar preferred), as well as proficiency in the use of computers and office equipment

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- Appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Showing patients to examination rooms and preparing them for the physician
- Preparing examination rooms, setting up and maintaining medical supplies and equipment for all examinations and procedures
- Measuring vital signs (i.e. Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Height and Weight, etc.) on each patient and recording in electronic medical records
- Assisting doctor with procedures
- Cleaning and sterilizing the clinic, materials and instruments
- Checking inventory and ordering medical supplies and materials
- Participate in team and staff meetings as requested

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

COVID-19 considerations:
You will be allowed to work remotely 1-2 days a week, depend on doctor's schedule.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
