**Position Overview**:
As a Banquet Supervisor at Four Fathers Brewing, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in our event spaces. This part-time position is designed to train you for future advancement to a full-time Banquet Manager role within the company. We are looking for ambitious individuals ready to grow with us

The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that our guests have a positive and memorable experience at Four Fathers’ Brewing Co. They will be responsible for consistently delivering “best in class” customer experiences, while providing attentive and prompt service to patrons that are attending the various events held in our space(s). The role will include supervisory responsibilties as well as serving and bartending duties.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Be responsible for opening/closing the event space.
- Responsible for cash handling and reconciliation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of banquets, weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions
- Collaborate with the Banquet Manager in overseeing event setups, including room arrangements, décor, and equipment.
- Train and mentor banquet staff, ensuring they provide courteous and efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure guests are greeted promptly and acknowledged upon arrival.
- Pour drinks and serve food per event specifications
- Maintain cleanlieness/health and safety standards
- Note all new kegs into the draught log; be able to efficiently and safely change kegs.
- Ensure every draft beer is poured with precision and served in the correct glass.
- Assist in maintaining bar inventory to assure all products and supplies are properly stocked, ordered, and accounted for.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What we look for**:

- Down-to-earth communication skills with a genuine presence.
- Customer focused and dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external relationships.
- Must be eager to learn, to grow, to create fun.
- Minimum of One (3) years’ progressive experience in the serving/bartending industry and 1 year experience directly related to events.
- Smart Serve Certified (required)

Four Fathers Brewing Co., is continuing to create unique and marketable experiences as a destination brewery in Hespeler Village, located in Cambridge, ON. The overall 90,000 sq ft facility currently includes a taproom with stage for live music, a 5000 sq ft event space and ample open area to be developed. We established a reputation for producing premium craft beers, with flagship brands such as The Starter Session IPA, Shevchenko 9 Ukrainian Dunkel and Honey Badger Saison.
