Role Title: Administrative Assistant (Intern)
Location: Remote (able to work EST time zone - Toronto)
Compensation: Unpaid (Hours Completion per Internship Requirement)

Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities):

- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm EST)
- Part-time hours will also be considered depending on the internship parameters as required by your University/College (hours are flexible, providing they are agreed upon by all parties)
- Directly reporting to the Director of Partnerships and the Recruitment Lead
- Will have ownership on posting jobs through our CRM/ATS to our website and other platforms (Monster.ca, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Assist in administrative and operational tasks such as (but not limited to) tracking and updating spreadsheets, join intake calls with clients and update our CRM/ATS, etc.
- Assist in updating job requirements in the our CRM/ATS
- Assist in other ad hoc administrative tasks, as directed

Must Haves:

- Culture fit is key Outstanding ability to work with a highly collaborative team
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or post-graduate course for Business Administration or HR
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizing, and time management skills
- Experience working with Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Good understanding of the staffing industry (nice to have)
- For Volunteers - at least 6 months to 1 year experience in administrative duties

**Job Type**: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From $1.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
