**Reservations & Wholesale Agent**_Position based in Banff, Alberta (Office-Based Role located in the industrial Compound area in Banff)_

**Term**

This is a seasonal position starting ASAP until mid-October.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the travel/tourism industry or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
- Proficiency in basic computer programs and booking systems (training provided)
- Comfortable working with data entry and handling high volumes of bookings
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor when assisting guests and guides

**A Sample of Daily Tasks**
- **Check and process wholesale bookings** to ensure accuracy and availability.
- **Input wholesale requests and confirm details** with partners and suppliers.
- **Support guides and guests** by troubleshooting operational issues as they arise via phone.
- **Communicate efficiently** with internal teams to ensure smooth tour operations.
- **Maintain accurate records** of bookings, changes, and special requests.
- **Monitor schedules and availability**, flagging any discrepancies or overbookings.
- **Assist with administrative duties** such as reporting, invoicing, and documentation.
- **Ensure all booking and operational procedures** are followed correctly.
- **Other duties as required** to support the team and enhance guest experiences.
