Technical Support Specialist

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and help support our Coffee machine installations and deployments.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment both in office and in the field
- Train and support
- Assist customers and service partners by phone with on-site troubleshooting
- If appropriate, dispatch service partners to customers
- Follow up with service partner or customer within 48 hours to ensure problem resolution
- Travel to sites
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service and problem resolution skills
- High technical and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work cross functionally with internal and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of follow up and ability to pay close attention to all details
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
