We are looking for enthusiastic team players who stay curious and thrive on being part of a busy environment to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Representative.

We are hiring for a 6-month full-time position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Approach each inquiry with positivity and a genuine solutions focus.
- Confidently use a multitude of systems and related software to manage all inquiries effectively.
- Share customer feedback and issue trends openly to support continued business growth.
- Collaborate and interact with team members to create meaningful solutions and timely responses.
- Actively contribute and engage with the team as a team player and a supporter of continued excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathetic, positive, and consistent with every interaction receiving the same attention and exceptional service.
- Top-notch organizational and multitasking skills.
- Active listener, problem solver, genuinely wanting to help others.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- two years in a customer service role is a plus.
