Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of client eligibility and determine the appropriate immigration pathways based on individual circumstances.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on case status, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Actively identify and pursue opportunities to promote our immigration services and acquire new clients through networking, outreach, and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, immigration attorneys, employers, and other stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.
- Conduct sales consultations with potential clients to understand their immigration needs, explain our services, and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and communicate relevant updates to clients and prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, case details, sales activities, and correspondence in our case management system.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong sales skills and experience in a sales-driven environment, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey complex information.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using case management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and client service excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
