Looking for an individual who has previous experience in the child welfare sector and/or string relational and strong problem solving skills. This role allows you to work from home, travel to foster families and work out of our head office in Brampton.

**Purpose of Job**:The Case Manager is responsible for the support and supervision of designated foster homes, and the care and welfare of the children living in those homes. This position is a communication conduit, as the Case Manager liaises with the Child Welfare Worker, the schools and any other professionals working with the child and family. Of particular importance is the building of a strong working relationship with the foster parents.

**Salary**: $44,400.00-$48,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Work Location: In person
