The role of the Senior IT Support Technician is responsible for resolving technical support issues, software and hardware implementation, and network operation. The role will report to the Manager of IT Operations and work with all members of the Support team as well as other departments within the business.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Working as a member of our IT Operations team, you will provide a full range of IT services to support our operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible to:

- Interview user to collect information about problem and lead user through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error.
- Provide both “Tier 1 and “Tier 2 helpdesk levels of technical support, training, and troubleshooting to users.
- Build strong relationships with our users on earning trust by solving their problems quickly and correctly.
- Diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems based on information presented by end users.
- Ensure compliance with IT Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:

- Advanced working knowledge and experience in supporting the following technologies:

- Windows 10, and macOS laptops/desktops
- Strong Experience in Excel with advanced formulas
- Exchange Online
- iOS and Android mobile
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an IT Support (Help Desk/Service Desk) operational role
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards
- Knowledge of network hardware, computer hardware, software, components and printer operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a real passion for technology and a desire to help people
- Must be able to work well independently and within a team environment
