2. 2213 Bloor St W, 2nd Floor, Unit 208, Toronto, ON M6S 1N5

Busy walk-in clinic walking distance to Runnymede Subway Station. The clinic is located at Bloor West Viliage. Very high traffic area. Nice Patients and great staffs. EMR. Big FHG and looking for a full/part time physician to join our practice. Welcome to start with walk-in MD and switch to FHG to build up your practice with us OR bring your practice to work with our team. (full-time /part-time or locum, new graduates are welcome) The arrangement is a fee-for-service split.

Salary per year (join FHG) Could be: CAD150,000-CAD500,000

Requirements: licence to practice family medicine in Ontario from CPSO(Supervision provide if needed)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $150,000.00-$500,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
