Duties & Responsibilities (Basic):
- Promptly meet and greet service customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Listen to customers reasons for bringing their vehicle to the service department.
- Offer appropriate services and repairs to satisfy customer requirements or concerns.
- Sell repairs and services suitable to the customer’s needs.
- Provide the customer with an accurate quote of the work requested and recommended services during repair order write-up.
- Explain clearly to customer their repair order to ensure they have understood on the work that was done.
- Meet or exceed retail sales objectives set by management
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
- Responsible to stay up to date on all document acknowledgements and training
- Any additional duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Passionate about guest service
- Strong English communication skills necessary
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn about the fit and function of automotive parts
- G or G2 Drivers License required
- Sales experience considered an asset
- Additional languages considered an asset
**Hours**:
Full-time including Saturdays with some evenings. Hours will vary based on customer traffic, may need to stay until all jobs are complete and guests are satisfied.
**Salary**: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- service advisor: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- G2 or G license that is in good standing (required)
