Pal Auto Service is looking for an Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team

We are currently looking for an experienced Full-time Automotive Service and Parts Advisor to join our service department. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide great customer service in an energetic, fast-paced work environment.

Pal Auto Service has been in business for more than 25 years. We strive to make every customer experience easy, efficient, and enjoyable. Our new state-of-the-art facility is NOW OPEN

Position Description

  • Greeting service department customers in a polite and professional manner

  • Provide repair recommendations to customers and create repair orders

  • Accurately explain the nature of repairs being completed on customer vehicles

  • Answering inbound phone calls, providing price quotes, and scheduling service appointments

  • Sourcing parts from various vendors

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to speak fluent English and Punjabi

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to sell required maintenance/repairs
