**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development & Partnerships professional** to join our team at our Banff Springs location. This new role is designed for a motivated individual who will be instrumental in growing our business by building relationships within the hotel, expanding our corporate partnerships, and driving opportunities in large-scale events and weddings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments within the hotel.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on corporate partnerships, large-scale events, and wedding clients.
- Actively recruit new hotel partners and potential clients within the Banff region and beyond.
- Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner at networking events, site visits, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and execution of all events.
- Drive business growth through strategic planning, market research, and targeted outreach efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the hotel, events, floral, or related industries.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel locally as required.
- Familiarity with the Banff/Canmore hospitality market is a strong asset.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
