Our Shaw Brick division is currently looking for a **Seasonal Customer Service Representative** (CSR) to join us at our retail store in Dartmouth, NS. Shaw Brick is a locally owned and operated company for over 160 years. It's a community of people who are passionate about their work and creating a positive environment. **Responsibilities** - Assisting customers by creating sales orders, providing quotes and answering questions. Both in person and over the phone - Achieving team performance goals in sales - Assisting in shipping and receiving, order picking, and scheduling as needed. - Identifying customers' needs, suggesting the right solutions/products, and ensuring each customer is taken care of. - Any other tasks deemed appropriate to the position. **Qualifications** - Great communication skills in person and on the telephone. - Someone with drive and ambition. - Available to work occasional Saturdays during the summer season. - Open to helping and working with your team members in the Warehouse and other Shaw Brick locations, as required. - Knowledge of Microsoft office and excel. - Experience in a retail background or a Warehouse Customer Service background. - Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. - Bilingualism will be considered an asset This is a full time seasonal position, Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week with opportunity for overtime. **Skills** - Construction - Customer Service - Sales **About The Shaw Group Limited** The Shaw Group is one of Eastern Canada's leading manufacturers and community developers.
