**Overview**
Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Service Advisor, where your passion for vehicles and exceptional customer service skills will shine In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring that every vehicle receives the attention it deserves. You’ll guide customers through their automotive service needs, from routine maintenance to complex repairs, all while fostering lasting relationships that keep them coming back.

**What you’ll do**
- Engage with customers to assess their vehicle service needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle diagnostics.
- Prepare detailed estimates for services, including oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, and more.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service progress and any necessary adjustments.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Document all service orders and maintain organized records for future reference.
- Stay updated on automotive technology trends to provide informed advice to customers.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a Service Advisor/Service Writer or a minimum of 3 years experience as a Parts Advisor at a dealership or a minimum of 5 years of customer experience in a busy retail environment
- Passion for providing an outstanding customer experience
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Valid class G driver’s license with no major convictions
- Enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with a computer-based scheduling environment and easily learn new software
- Willingness to continually learn and improve skills
- Ability to work Saturdays as part of regular schedule
