**Your ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Leadership**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, to ensure alignment on initiatives.

**Content Creation & Design**
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Lead the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, video scripts, infographics, and more.
- Work closely with our team to ensure all materials align with Forge Labs' brand ethos and values.

**E-Commerce Optimization & Analytics**
- Analyze user behavior on our e-commerce platform to identify areas for improvement and boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the software development team to implement strategies (basic understanding of JavaScript and React JS is a plus).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to refine marketing strategies.

**Website Management & SEO**
- Manage and update content on our WordPress site to keep it fresh and engaging.
- Drive organic traffic through a strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Optimize web pages for search engine visibility and user experience.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- **Experience**: Proven track record in a marketing role, ideally with experience in e-commerce environments.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with WordPress, SEO tools, and Google Analytics; knowledge of JavaScript/React JS is a strong asset.
- **Design Expertise**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality visual materials.
- **Leadership**: Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- **Creativity**: A knack for storytelling, designing compelling content, and innovating in marketing strategies.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and take on new challenges.

Pay: $65,466.00-$72,242.00 per year

Additional pay:
