BCIT’s **School of Business + Media** is seeking a **temporary, part-time (0.27 **FTE**) Faculty, Marketing Management (Creative Process and Production)** to teach in the marketing management diploma in the digital marketing and brand strategy option for the winter term (January-May) in the area creative process and production.

Courses are taught on weekdays, between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, in person and on campus in Burnaby: MKTG 4523 Creative Process and Production.**Duties & Responsibilities**
- The hiring committee is seeking an industry expert with a passion for teaching and learning and strong commitment to ensuring students develop applied skills and specialized knowledge.
- Applicants should have 8+ years of experience in campaign communications and managing projects and teams through the creative and design processes, including: tailoring communications to different audiences; experience in an agency setting; creating compelling, high-impact communications; writing and assessing creative briefs and style guides; copywriting; managing creative production and execution across digital media.**Qualifications**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Marketing credential required; BCIT marketing diploma preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years’ proven success working in related roles.
- Instructional experience at a polytechnic or similar applied institution.
- An established network of relevant professional contacts in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia, and beyond.
- Excellent English-language communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a collegial environment.

**Salary Range**
- Salary Range: $65,045 - $113,545 per annum.**Additional Salary Information**
- Salary prorated based on percentage and term of appointment. Salary based on education, experience and placement criteria as outlined in the Collective Agreement.Position Details
