We're looking for an exceptional Enterprise Account Executives to join our Enterprise Sales team. Working directly with our Chief Revenue Officer, your role will be to nurture and activate enterprise leads generated by your dedicated Business Development Representative, marketing campaigns, and self-generated leads (while maintaining and exceeding quarterly revenue targets) You're known for being a solutions oriented self starter, your ability to manage multiple priorities, and your dedication to getting the job done right. As a skillful Enterprise AE, you understand that sales isn't a 'single player game' and are known for your collaborative spirit and your eagerness to contribute to overall company growth and success. Your attentive listening skills enable you to pre-empt potential objections and you know just when to bring in internal stakeholders and leverage their expertise to ensure just the right customer-product fit and support. **What you'll be doing**: - Conduct discovery conversations with prospects in order to strategically position Coconut as their ideal financial services solution - Navigate organizational structures of Enterprise accounts to assess key decision makers, and understand their budgeting and approval processes to further the sales process - Understand customer key business objectives & uncover key requirements from all stakeholders in customer organization - Partner with internal resources in order to present in-depth product demos with your prospects, and provide out-of-the-box or customized solutions based on their requirements - Carry out contract negotiations, ensuring that all terms of our engagement with larger customers are clear - Manage multiple sales cycles from initial conversations to Implementation - Leverage other lead opportunities to support your pipeline - Drive process improvements to better connect with our customers **What you need to bring**: - 3-5 years of Enterprise Sales experience in addition to senior Mid-Market level work experience in a 360 selling environment - Experience in an outbound B2B sales environment - Demonstrated success hitting and exceeding quota requirements - Experience in selling to the C-Suite and presenting to a variety of stakeholders - Ability to conduct strategic selling processes through discovery, quoting, and closing - Unquestioned values, ethics, and clarity around doing the right thing for our customers, and our team (_doing the right thing is always the right thing_) - Able to travel weekly/monthly as needed to meet the Coconut teams and prospective clients when safe to do so (valid passport required) **It would also be great if you had**: - A SAAS sales background or in the Financial Services industry would be ideal, but we'll settle for lots of passion and enthusiasm for the industry - Experience with a CRM - Salesforce is a bonus and/or Marketing automation software - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent **Our Investment in You**: - "Cabana Days" - our version of a 4 Day Work Week - We work regular business hours Monday to Thursday.
