We strive to deliver luxury service for our guests from the moment they arrive, to the end of their meal, we want their time with us to be memorable.The Role:We are looking for a restaurant leader to join our energetic and dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have a sincere passion for hospitality, true guest connection, leadership experience and strong knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails. We are looking for an ambitious manager that leads the team with grace, kindness and skill. They will oversee the service of the floor to ensure the restaurant enhances and maximizes each guest experience from beginning to end.What You’ll do:Deliver excellent and engaging guest service, creating a memorable dining experience for each and every guestManage the day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and successful shift for the restaurantAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayOrder and settle bills to various payment media, including managerial functions such as voids, QSA etc.Follow restaurant policies, procedures and service standards, lead the team to be accountable to follow our operational policiesHave full knowledge of all menus and promotionsFollow and lead the team with all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageHandle all guest interactions with the utmost respect and professionalism Oversee and develop multiple hourly personnel of varying positionsHelp with onboarding and training of new team membersControlling inventory and overseeing ordering proceduresEnsuring cost control procedures are adhered toClosing/Opening proceduresCreating marketing and sales initiativesOther duties as assignedOur Ideal Candidate:3+ years of management experience in a similar role and/or establishment and is looking to grow their careerDemonstrates honesty, openness and kindnessFriendly and outgoing, positive attitude and energy at all timesSelf-motivated learner, goal orientatedStrong organization skill, able to work calmly and effectively under pressureSet an example for a respectful, collaborative team while demonstrating appropriate working behaviorsProblem solving abilities and efficient conflict resolutionStrong wine knowledge and fine-dining experienceWSET Level 2+ and/or equivalent is an assetRequired: Serving it Right CertificationWhat We Offer:Competitive package includes with gratuities, benefits, bonus and staff discountsA strong culture of team work, culture and a fun and fast-paced work environmentOpportunities to grow your career alongside our expert leaders in hospitalityIf this sounds like the role for you, please submit your resume and cover letter.
